How to use?

I’m surprised at the low reviews for this primer. I don’t use a one everyday, but when i need one for heavy-foundation or big event days, I reach for this and it does the job pretty well for me. Overall a good glow and makeup stays on all day. One star down Cos I’m not sure if there’s too much silicone in the product?
