What’s the difference between the original CALM Redness Relief Moisturizer for normal to oily skin and the new CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer?

The CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer for oily/combination skin has a different texture and mix of bio-active ingredients to better meet the needs of those with sensitive yet oily skin. The water-based, silicone-free lotion formula contains a unique blend of skin soothers, emollients and microbiome-supporting ingredients that calm sensitivity today while also helping to prevent reactivity in the future. The addition of acetyl hexapeptide-8 works to smooth fine lines and improve skin’s firmness.

Is the CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer suitable for rosacea or those prone to redness?

Yes, the CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer is even suitable for rosacea or skin that is prone to redness.

Can I use the CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer around my eyes?

The CALM Rescue & Repair Weightless Moisturizer can be used around your eyes, but if the skin around your eyes is dry, we recommend using a specific Paula’s Choice eye cream or gel.

Why do I need a night moisturizer for my oily skin?

All skin types, including oily skin, need certain ingredients to stay healthy, such as antioxidants and skin-repairing ingredients. For oily skin or oily areas, it’s important to choose a lightweight texture that does not clog pores but provides the necessary hydration.
