To check your Paula's Choice Rewards Points balance, simply login to your account and click on Paula's Choice Rewards icon on the bottom right of the page to view your Paula's Choice Rewards information like points balance, history, and redeemed/expired coupons.

Points will expire 1 year from the time you made your last purchase.
(E.g. If you have 4000 points on 1 March 2024 and you make another purchase on 15 March 2024, all of your points will expire on 14 March 2025.)

What happens to my existing points?
Paula's Choice Rewards Points earned before 1 January 2024 will expire on 31 December 2024, regardless of Tiers if no purchase has been made after 1 January 2024.

All redeemed coupons will expire 6 months from redemption date. This is ample time to utilize the coupon as such expired coupons are strictly non-refundable, so we recommend redeeming only when you’re ready to use them.

Only one code may be used per order. Promotional codes and loyalty coupons cannot be combined or used together.

Earned Paula's Choice Rewards Points that has expired will not be refunded.

Login to your account and copy or share your referral link. Your friend will have to enter their email address to receive the 15% OFF code* on their first order.

* A minimum spend of $50 nett is required, code is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

Your friend will receive a 15% OFF discount code* for their first order and you will receive a 15% OFF discount code* once their order has been shipped out.

* A minimum spend of $50 nett is required, code is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
