This fragrance-free formulation contains a barrier-repairing complex of fatty acids that condition skin while preventing moisture loss during cleansing. These softening, naturally emollient ingredients clean without feeling greasy and rinse easily with water.

A concentrated blend of coconut-derived fatty acids plus omega-rich jojoba and meadowfoam seed oil give this face cleansing balm a lush, soothing texture that effectively cleans without unnecessary friction or tug. As you cleanse, the balm melts into skin, nourishing as it removes every trace of impurities, sunscreen and makeup. After rinsing, skin will feel smooth, hydrated and perfectly clean.

Gently massage a small amount onto wet or dry skin. Rinse well with warm water. For a deeper clean, leave on for 60 seconds then remove with a soft washcloth.

What skin type is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm best for?
The Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm is formulated for all skin types. But its rich, nourishing texture is particularly good for dry and sensitive skin types. On application, it warms up and transitions into a silky texture that leaves skin feeling soft, calm and hydrated after rinsing.
Is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Cleansing Balm good for oily skin?
Because cleansing balms typically contain higher amounts of richer emollients and oils, they aren’t ideal for those with oily or acne-prone skin, unless used as part of a double-cleanse, followed by a regular water-soluble cleanser.
Does Paula’s Choice Omega+ Cleansing Balm remove makeup and sunscreen?
Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm erases waterproof makeup, tenacious sunscreen and impurities easily. The ultra-gentle texture quickly dissolves everything and rinses away cleanly without tugging or pulling on skin—both actions that cause sagging in the long run.
Can you use the Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm by itself?
The Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm can be used alone or paired with one of your other favorite Paula's Choice cleansers. If doing a double cleanse, use the Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm first, then follow with your other cleanser.
Why would someone use Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm vs. Perfect Cleansing Oil or Gentle Touch Makeup Remover?
It's all about texture preference and the amount of makeup, sunscreen or grime you’re trying to remove. Experiment to see which you like best.
Why does Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm include olive oil?
Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm includes olive oil PEG-7 esters which work as an emollient, emulsifier, and mild cleansing agent. This ingredient is made from pure olive oil that’s combined with PEG-7, a synthetic humectant and solvent. The blend forms a new water-soluble compound. Olive oil PEG-7 esters works alongside other key ingredients to effortlessly whisk away excess dirt, oil, sunscreen and makeup. While we understand seeing “olive oil” as part of the ingredient name may lead some to be concerned that it may clog pores, rest assured that even if the formula contained pure olive oil, its molecular size is too large to penetrate pores. We opted for the water-soluble version so that you can enjoy the skin-softening and omega benefits of olive oil without a residue.
Why did Paula's Choice develop Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm?
Cleansing balms are a great multitasking option, but most on the market include fragrance, essential oils, dyes or are packaged in jars. We wanted to create the perfect option for customers who want to simplify their cleansing routine with a multitasking formula that effortlessly removes stubborn makeup and sunscreen while leaving skin soft and hydrated.

Reviews Summary
Customers say this cleansing balm effectively removes makeup and sunscreen while leaving skin soft and nourished. The buttery, whipped texture spreads easily and emulsifies smoothly with water, making it ideal for double cleansing. Many users appreciate its gentle formula that doesn't feel drying, even on sensitive or combination skin. The tube packaging is convenient compared to liquid oils. Some note the product depletes quickly relative to the price. Repeat purchases are frequent among satisfied users.

Absolutely the best alternative to an oil cleanser or cleansing balm!

If you're like me and have been swayed on tiktok into the double cleansing routine and trend, but have found your skin breaking out from other viral products: this is the one for you. My skin just was not liking a lot of the oil-based cleansers and I had massive, massive breakouts that took months and months to heal. This Omega+ Complex Cleansing Balm worked WONDERS to clear off excess makeup on my skin, clear off any bumps AND left my skin SANS breakout. So so glad for PC's products; definite re-purchase.
