Who is Paula's Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer best for?
The Omega+ Complex Moisturizer is ideal if you have dry, dehydrated skin that’s showing signs of fatigue and visible signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. Its non-irritating formula is also great if you have sensitive skin.
How is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer different from the Omega+ Complex Serum?
The main difference between the Omega+ Complex Moisturizer and Omega+ Complex Serum are their textures. Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a whipped, airy cream texture while the serum is a thin lotion. Ingredient-wise, the Moisturizer and Serum contain the same key Omega+ Complex, but the Moisturizer has amino acids, some non-fragrant plant oils, and soothing antioxidants not found in the serum. In contrast, the Serum contains vitamins C and E, a higher amount of glycerin, and the addition of plum oil for its omega 9 benefits (the Moisturizer relies more on oleic acid for omega 9). The products are designed to layer together.
Can Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer be used around the eyes?
Yes, like other Paula’s Choice moisturizers, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer’s gentle, fragrance-free formula can safely be used around your eyes to combat dry skin and dehydration.
Does Omega+ Complex Moisturizer feel greasy?
Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a rich texture, but its whipped formula sinks into skin quickly without feeling greasy.
I keep pushing the pump on Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer but no product is coming out.
When using your product for the first time, you may need to prime the dispenser. For best results, follow our step-by-step guide on how to prime moisturizer.
How can I tell if I have dry skin or dehydrated skin?
Dry skin and dehydrated skin are sometimes used interchangeably, which can cause confusion. The truth is that dry skin is a skin type, meaning skin routinely feels tight or dry. The intensity of this can change a bit throughout the year, but in the absence of a good moisturizer, the dry, tight feeling is always present. Dehydrated skin is a skin condition that can make skin look and feel dry all over, but this feeling tends to come and go rather than persist. Another telltale sign of dehydrated skin is excess oil on the surface, with tight, dry or flaky areas in other places.
Is Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Moisturizer good for acne-prone, dehydrated skin?
If your skin is normal to dry and acne-prone, Omega+ Complex Moisturizer may be suitable for you. If your skin is more on the oily to combination side, you might find that it’s too rich and prefer a lighter oily skin moisturizer instead.
What do omega fatty acids do for skin?
Omega fatty acids have many benefits for skin, including strengthening skin’s surface layers for a smoother, healthier and younger-looking complexion.

Soothing and non irritating
I have oily, dehydrated and sensitive skin prone to allergies and breakouts if I use the wrong product. I have purchased many different products from PC and other brands over the years hoping to soothe my dehydrated skin, which at best does nothing but at worst cause breakouts and allergies. This Omega Moisturizer is truly a lucky find as I first received it as a 15 ml gift with purchase. It is a light whipped cream which I can use every morning and night and even layer it over my existing lotion moisturizer and it does not cause any breakouts. It is truly a miracle for me as all other creamier moisturizers I tried from PC has caused me breakouts or allergies. This just gives me soft, soothed skin. If you have problematic skin like me we just have to be extra careful and start with the travel size or small gift versions of the product we want to try and see how they work first.
Best Moisturizer
Use together with the serum, I feel it keeps my skin moist and firm. It's my third or fourth tube already (haha I'd lost count!).
